A knowledge base is a set of documents you upload once and query from chat. Files are encrypted before upload and processed inside the attested gateway. Answers cite the source passage; open a citation to read the original text.

Create a knowledge base

Create

Choose Create new and give the knowledge base a name.

Add sources

Upload documents. Large files take up to a minute to process.

Ask or generate

Ask questions in chat, or open the Studio tab to generate an output from all sources.

Studio outputs

Generation takes from half a minute to a few minutes. Pin an output to keep it, or export it.

Limits

Enterprise plans can share a knowledge base within a team. Deleting a knowledge base deletes its files and generated outputs.
